Tasting Formats:

Cocktail Hour:

The perfect way to start the night off.

Let Christina put together a selection of unique wines to be tasted alongside cheese and charcuterie platters (optional). Info sheets are provided, and Christina is on hand to pour and chat about each wine with guests personally. This option is perfect for allowing guests to socialize with minimal interruption but with plenty of delicious boutique wines and the opportunity for info if desired, with an expert always on hand.

The Wine Game:

Fast-paced, rip-roaring fun while learning a thing or two about wine in the process. Great for bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthdays, or nights in with friends.

This rapid-paced wine game splits your guests up into teams and involves tasting them through a series of wines “blind” as part of a quiz. They must guess the wines, answer various questions about the wine world, and sniff their way through some typical aromas found in wine. Rapidfire rounds and other challenges abound, and prizes are awarded to the winners. This option is spirited competition at its best. It requires no previous knowledge of wine, and it makes for a unique and very memorable party.

Themed Tastings:

Perfect for learning about wine in the comfort of your own home or choice of venue and surrounded by friends, these tastings are the most educational, although they always with an element of casual snob-free fun!

Christina always keeps the floor open so that there is open dialogue and a chance to ask lots of questions, and leave feeling they’ve learned a thing or two whilst also indulging in delicious wine and great conversation.
